  • Pet policy: Timberlane welcomes up to two pets per apartment home. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee per household. Pet rent is $40 per pet per month. No weight limit but there are certain aggressive breeds we do not allow: PitBull Terriers/ Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes and Wolf-hybrids.
